We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Full Access to AonAssessmentPractice.com, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you paid with, or
- Email us at support@assess.ly and we will arrange it with Paddle on your behalf.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing can take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After 30 days
Outside the 30-day window, refunds may still be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g. duplicate charges, technical issues preventing access). Contact us at the email above.
