1. Who we are
AonAssessmentPractice.com (the "Service") is operated by Assess.ly BV, a private limited company registered in the Netherlands (KVK 76121224), with its registered address at E. You confirm you are of legal age in your country and, if using the Service on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind it.
2. The Service
We provide online practice tests, explanations, and progress tracking for the Aon Assessment family of tests (cut-e / smartPredict). We are an independent practice resource and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Aon plc. Test names belong to their respective owners.
3. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Access to paid content is granted to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the sign-in link sent to that email and for any activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Payment, billing & refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not: (a) use it for any unlawful purpose; (b) engage in fraud, spam, or abuse; (c) infringe any intellectual property or other rights; (d) interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including by introducing malware, probing, scanning, scraping at scale, or attempting to bypass access controls; (e) reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell the Service or its content; or (f) share your access with others.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, questions, explanations, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal preparation within your selected plan.
8. Service availability
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
